Eve in a Circle

Soundscapes, lifescapes, digital and analog

Where Princess sleeps

People who affect, open doors, close them, play with words and hide them – for Eve in a Circle the basic beat in her songs. Isolation, togetherness, which often dosn’t work and hurts. Sometimes sunken in the middle of it, sometimes only the view out of a glass box. They are like diary entries, but don’t get old.

Her songs are coming out of the moment, moments, where times dosn’t find attention and for many repeats endless. An emotional deepness which bears from many playful soundspheres.
Sounds, discovered in the magic of old or broken instruments or in drumkits tinkered of dishes – self-made samples which match the feelings.

For Eve in a Circle words are equal to moments – transient and spontaneously.
And so they delineate fleeting thoughts which, woven together into sentences, want to paint pictures.
Soundscapes, lifescapes, digital and analog, which weave together, fold, make room for each other and take their place.
